Getting Started

Create a free account and log into your dashboard. Then paste the product URL from any online store and configure your notification preferences. We'll start monitoring the product immediately and send alerts when it comes back in stock.
DropScout works with hundreds of online stores including Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, and many custom e-commerce sites. We support both JSON API endpoints and direct page scraping for maximum compatibility.
Yes, you need to create a free account to track products. This gives you access to a personal dashboard where you can manage multiple products, configure notification preferences, and upgrade to premium plans for additional features.

Pricing & Plans

The Free plan lets you track up to 3 products with email and browser notifications. It's perfect for casual tracking and trying out DropScout's features before upgrading.
Plus ($5/month) includes tracking up to 5 products with Discord and Telegram notifications. Elite ($15/month) offers unlimited product tracking, all notification methods including custom webhooks, and priority support.
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, then automatically downgrade to the Free plan.

How It Works

We check your tracked products every few minutes around the clock. Our monitoring frequency is optimized to catch restocks quickly while being respectful to store servers.
DropScout uses an intelligent adaptive monitoring system that automatically optimizes check frequencies based on each store's platform and characteristics. Our system detects whether a store uses Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or other platforms and applies appropriate monitoring strategies. We use smart scheduling with request randomization to avoid predictable patterns, respectful throttling to maintain long-term access, and error-adaptive behavior that temporarily reduces frequency if a store experiences issues. This creates a monitoring system that's both aggressive enough to catch limited drops quickly and respectful enough to maintain reliable access to all your tracked stores.
DropScout uses intelligent monitoring that adapts to each retailer's unique characteristics. Some stores with rapidly changing inventory are monitored more frequently, while others with more stable stock or technical limitations may be checked at slightly longer intervals. This optimization ensures we catch restocks effectively while maintaining reliability and respecting each store's policies.
Depending on your plan, you can receive notifications via email, browser notifications, Discord webhooks, Telegram messages, and custom webhooks. All notification methods can be individually enabled or disabled.
Our smart detection system is highly accurate and continuously improving. We use multiple indicators to determine product availability and only send notifications for genuine restock events, minimizing false alerts.

Troubleshooting

First, verify your email address if you haven't already. Check your spam folder for notifications. For Discord/Telegram, ensure you've properly configured your webhook URLs or chat IDs in your profile settings. You can test notifications from your dashboard.
Make sure you've entered a direct product URL (not a category or search page). Some stores may have anti-bot protection that temporarily blocks monitoring. If the issue persists, contact our support team with the product URL.
Log into your dashboard and visit your profile page to configure all notification methods. You can also toggle notifications on/off for individual tracked products directly from your dashboard.
DropScout is designed primarily for boutique stores and indie retailers. Large retailers like Best Buy or Target often have sophisticated anti-bot systems, dynamic content loading, and strict access policies that can occasionally interfere with monitoring. While we support major retailers, our system works most reliably with smaller e-commerce stores and independent brands.
